Welcome to Gum & Booger. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gum & Booger website at www.gumbooger.com (the "Site") and any related applications, content, and services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). Gum & Booger is an independent short-form comedy project featuring two original characters, Gum and Booger. The Services are operated by the individual creator of Gum & Booger ("we," "us," or "our").

2. The Services

The Services include this website and internal tools we use to produce and publish Gum & Booger content to our own social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram (@gumbooger) and TikTok (@gumbooger).

Our internal publishing tools are used exclusively by us to post original Gum & Booger content to accounts we own and control. We do not offer these tools to third parties, and no user-generated content is submitted, hosted, or published through them.

3. Ownership of Content

All Gum & Booger content — including but not limited to characters, videos, images, audio, scripts, and written material — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written permission.

Personal, non-commercial sharing (for example, resharing a video within a social media platform's native tools) is permitted, provided you do not remove or alter any credits or attribution.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site without permission;
• Impersonate us, Gum & Booger, or any related person or entity;
